It is pertinent to note that cases have been registered against Ali Amin under the provisions of attempted murder, incitement of public and conspiracy against state institutions.


Islamabad: The arrest warrants of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur have been canceled in two cases.
Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur appeared in the court of Civil Judge Qudratullah in the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad to cancel the warrant in the Bani Gala police station case.
His lawyer Raja Zahoor requested that Ali Amin Gandapur could not come to the court due to the election, the arrest warrant should be cancelled.
After the appearance, the court canceled the arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Lawyer Raja Zahoor then requested that Ali Amin be exempted from attendance for the next hearing.
Civil Judge Qudratullah told him to apply for exemption from attendance, he will look into it.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case filed against Ali Amin Gandapur in Bani Gala police station till April 17.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin also appeared in the court of Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar in the case registered in Golra police station.
On this occasion, the lawyer of Chief Minister Gandapur requested to cancel the arrest warrant.
Lawyer Raja Zahoor told the court that Ali Amin could not appear due to the engagement in the election.
In the case of Golra police station, the court canceled the arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur and adjourned the hearing of the case against him till April 17.
