Islamabad: The Supreme court (SC) has called illegal verdict of dismissal of former judge justice Shaukat Siddique.
According to the details, the SC called illegal verdict and canceled it.
The court stated in the verdict to consider justice Shaukat Aziz Siddique as retire judge and canceled the illegal verdict of supreme judicial council.
The SC also invalidated the notification of the dismissal of justice Shaukat Siddiqui on behalf of the President.
