Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) leader Najeeb Haroon has filed appeal in election tribunal against the rejection of nomination papers for senate elections.
According to the details, election tribunal has sought response on March 25 by issuing notices to election commission and others.
Applicant’s lawyer stated that election commission had rejected nomination papers of Najeeb Haroon due to the financial matters with different banks.
It should be noted that the senate elections will be held on April 2.
