The Judicial Magistrate said that the former PTI Chairman is in Adiala Jail and the situation is different, the option of video link is there.

Islamabad: The Islamabad court Friday approved the production request of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood and ordered them to be produced on April 20.
The Judicial Magistrate of the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad Mureed Abbas heard the parliament attack case against Imran Khan and others, in which the founder PTI's lawyer Naeem Panjotha gave arguments.
An application was filed in the court for the production order of former Prime Minister Imran Khan and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, while Naeem Panjotha argued that the Superintendent of Adiala Jail does not obey the order of any court. He should be made to abide by the order and PTI founder should be produced. They use security issue as an excuse. Imran’s attendance is not made even via video link.
On the arguments of Naeem Panjotha, the Judicial Magistrate said that the former PTI Chairman is in Adiala Jail and the situation is different, the option of video link is there but for that the attendance takes place in the e-court.
Naeem Panjotha stated that the court should order to present PTI founder in the court room. The High Court decided that the meeting with the political leader can be done on video link. The internet works in Adiala jail but only in the case of Imran Khan it does not work. The Superintendent Adiala Jail are scared to bring PTI founder via video link.
After the arguments of Naeem Panjotha, the court approved the production request of Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi and ordered to produce the two leaders on April 20.
