The ICC Champions Trophy is scheduled for February 2025 next year, which will be hosted by Pakistan.


Karachi: A three-member delegation of the International Cricket Council (ICC) reached Karachi to review the arrangements at National Bank Stadium for the Champions Trophy.
The three-member ICC delegation visited the National Bank Stadium Karachi and reviewed the security arrangements.
The officials of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) briefed the ICC delegation on various issues regarding the arrangements.
The ICC Champions Trophy is scheduled for February 2025 next year, which will be hosted by Pakistan.
Led by ICC Head of Events Chris Tetley, other members of the delegation include Senior Manager Event Operations Sarah Iger and Event Operations Manager Aoun Mohammad Zaidi.
After inspecting the Karachi Stadium, meetings with the officials of the institutions are also scheduled to provide security for the delegation.
According to the program, the delegation will meet PCB chief and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi after inspecting Rawalpindi Stadium on Wednesday.
After arrangements and meetings with PCB officials in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi, the delegation will prepare its report and share it with the member states.
