Lawyer Shibli said that Ali Amin Gandapur is chief minister so he can give the money but Shibli cannot.


Islamabad: Anti-Terrorism court (ATC) has approved interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) senator Shibli Faraz for the transit guarantee of Rs50,000 till April 17.
According to the details, administrative judge Raja Jawad Abbas heard the plea of Shibli Faraz. Shibli Faraz appeared with his lawyers Naeem Haider Panjutha and Intezaar Hussain Panjutha in the court.
Judge Raja stated that he is not duty judge. When the new judge will be appointed he will see the matter. First time the transit guarantee was Rs5,000 and after running it reached to Rs50,000. Chief minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur’s bail had approved for the transit guarantee of Rs50,000.
Lawyer Shibli said that Ali Amin Gandapur is chief minister so he can give the money but Shibli cannot.
On this judge remarked that due to the power off he cannot give order but you can take written order till 12pm.
Earlier, post-arrest bail had discarded on not follow up. It should be noted that a case filed against Shibli Faraz in counter terrorism department (CTD) regarding vandalism in judicial complex that is why he had approached to ATC for post-arrest bail.
