Sargodha: Anti-terrorism court (ATC) has approved Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Aliya Hamza and social media activist Sanam Javed’s one day transit remand in May 9 case.
According to the details, the police presented Aliya Hamza and Sanam Javed in ATC. The police had pleaded 30 days remand of Aliya Hamza and Sanam Javed. The police arrested the two of them from Kot Lakh pat jail.
Later then the court approved one day transit remand of both the PTI leaders.
It should be noted that Sanam Javed and Aliya Hamza are arrested in May 9 case of torching during the protest.
