Lahore: The Lahore high court bar has filed a petition in Supreme court (SC) on the matter of six judges’ letter.
According to the details, the plea has been filed through Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Hamid Khan. It is pleaded in the appeal to call the inquiry commission’s formation as illegal and unconstitutional.
It is stated in the plea that for the inquiry of judges’ allegations a commission should be made consisted on SC’s judges and those who interfered in court’s matters should be punished.
In the plea the government Pakistan through secretary cabinet division and federal through secretary law were sponsored.
