Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Lahore Thursday extended the interim bail of former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan till April 18 in three cases of May 9.
The ATC Lahore heard on Imran Khan's interim bail in the cases of Jinnah House attack, Askari Tower attack and Shadman police station arson.
ATC duty judge Arshad Javed heard the three cases while Imran Khan's team of junior lawyers appeared in the court.
During the hearing, the court ordered the presence of the accused from Adiala Jail via video link and called for arguments from former Chairman PTI's lawyer, Barrister Salman Safdar.
The lawyer team of the former prime minister said that the senior lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar is busy and should be given respite, on which the court extended the interim bail in three cases of Imran Khan till April 18.
It is pertinent to note that in four cases the decision has been taken on merit without the presence of former Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
