Islamabad: Islamabad high court (IHC) has ordered to withdraw Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader, former federal minister Babar Awan’s name from exit control list (ECL).
According to the details, justice Saman Rifat Imtiaz heard the plea of Babar Awan. From applicant’s side lawyer president high court bar Riyasat Ali Azad appeared in court.
The lawyer pleaded that the applicant’s name has been put in the ECL so the court ordered to withdraw Babar Awan’s name from it.
Later then the court ordered to withdraw Babar Awan’s name from ECL and disposed of the plea.
