Pakistani delegation to meet IMF in America
It should be noted that the IMF program will be a burden on public’s income.
Islamabad: Pakistani delegation will meet International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) managing director Kristalina Georgieva in America next week.
According to the details, finance minsiter Muhammad Aurangzeb will be meeting Kristalina Georgieva, American vice minister David, deputy secretary finance and other junior level American officials. This official tour will be started from April 13 till 21.
In the leadership of Muhammad Aurangzeb, the Pakistani delegation who will be going to America are governor state bank, Jamil Ahmed, secretary finance Imdad Ullah Khan and secretary economic matters Dr. Kazim Niaz also included.
The purpose of this official tour is to attend the session of spring of IMF and world bank. On this occasion, Pakistan will be requested to send mission for midterm extended fund facility from IMF. Pakistan is facing the severe financial problems.
It should be noted that the IMF program will be a burden on public’s income.
