Lahore: Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) issued an alert in view of heavy rains in various cities of Punjab on Eid-ul-Fitr.
According to Director General (DG) PDMA Irfan Ali Kathia, there will be intermittent stormy rains between April 10 and 15.
DG Irfan Ali said that there are chances of rain in Murree, Galiyat, Rawalpindi, Attock and Chakwal from April 10 to 12, while there will be rain in Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan and Sahiwal divisions from April 12.
According to DG PDMA, the districts of Bahawalpur Division will also be affected by heavy rains while there are chances of hailstorm in different areas of Punjab.
