LHC postpones hearing on plea of Hammad Azhar
Later then the court adjourned the hearing till April 17.
Lahore: The Lahore high court (LHC) has postponed the hearing after Eid on the plea to provide details of cases of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Hammad Azhar.
According to the details, judge justice Miss Aliya Neelam heard the plea of Hammad Azhar. In his plea, Punjab police and others were including as parties.
It is stated in the plea that the cases have been registered on political bases on applicant. The details of the cases should be provided from concerned parties. The court should be providing the opportunity to the applicant to appear in concerned courts.
During hearing, the court directed to the lawyer’s applicant to attach the authentic copies of first initiative reports.
On this applicant’s lawyer said that he will attach the authentic copies of first initiative reports immediately after the Eid.
Later then the court adjourned the hearing till April 17.
