Islamabad: Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Cheema said that the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Outlook Report is an endorsement of the government's sound economic policies.
In a statement, Ahad Cheema said that ADB's report expressed positive prospects about Pakistan's economy.
He stated that work has started for a stable and sustainable economy under the leadership of the Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. This is also confirmed by international financial institutions that inflation is decreasing in the country.
The Federal Minister added that they are working to improve financial discipline and promote investment.
‘We have saved the country from default, our economic measures have stabilized the value of rupee, the government is determined to follow the recommendations of ADB,’ continued Ahad.
