Karachi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has filed another plea to register case against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah.
According to the details, PTI lawyers form Sindh’s vice president Khalid Mehmood advocate filed a plea to register case against Rana Sanaullah in district and session court. In the plea the station head officer and senior sub-police have made parties in this case.
It is stated in the plea that the interview of Rana Sanaullah had heard on many channels and social media platform in which he threatened to kill Imran Khan.
It is pleaded in the petition to give directions to the city police to register case against PML-N’s leader.
It should be noted that earlier another plea of PTI in this regard had rejected from the court.
