Hearing delays of Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi bail pleas
Later then the court postponed the hearing till April 24 of this case.
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s six cases and his spouse Bushra Bibi’s one bail plea could not have heard in district and session court of Islamabad.
According to the details, the hearing delayed amid the transfer of additional session judge Tahir Abbas Sipra in anti-terrorism court. There is no judge appointed in the Kachahri still in the replacement of Tahir Abbas Sipra.
From Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s side lawyer Khalid Yousaf appeared in the court.
Later then the court postponed the hearing till April 24 of this case.
