Apart from this, advocate general Islamabad and assistant superintendent Adiala Jail will also appear before the court.
Islamabad: The cipher case will be heard in Islamabad high court (IHC) today (Monday) on the plea against the imprisonment of this of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi and founder Imran Khan.
According to the details, a two-member bench will be hearing on this case consisted of chief justice Aamir Farooq and justice Mian Gil Hassan Aurangzeb. From applicants’ side Salman Safdar, Usman Riaz Gil and others while in prosecution team Hamid Ali Shah, Zulfiqar Naqvi, Naeem Iqbal will be appearing in count.
However, apart from this advocate general Islamabad and assistant superintendent Adiala Jail will also appear before the court.
It should be noted that the hearing on this case likely to be completed in this week.
