NAB submits report in court regarding presidential immunity

Islamabad: The national accountability bureau (NAB) has submitted a report in court regarding the presidential immunity of president.
According to the details, the accountability court Islamabad heard the Thatta water supply reference against the president Asif Ali Zardari and others.
It is stated in the NAB report that under the constitution’s article 248 Asif Ali Zardari have got the presidential immunity from cases.
Lawyer president Zardari stated that a plea of presidential immunity filed by the applicant. In the accuser’s former secretary Ejaz Ahmed Khan, Ali Akbar, Ejaz Memon, Ali Akbar Abro, Khawaja Abdul Ghani Majeed, Minahil Majeed, Abdul Nadeem Bhutto and others are also included.
Later then the court postponed the hearing till May 21.
