Ali Amin Gandapur while addressing a press conference says that their leaders on the SIC tickets have won the national and the provincial assemblies’ seats, so the reserved seats taken from them should be given them back.

Peshawar: Khyber Pakthunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapurcame down hard upon the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), saying that he is now exposed.
“I request you to give us back our reserved seats. Senate is without KPK representation,” said KPK chief minister while addressing a press conference in Peshawar on Monday.
He asked the ECP chief to follow the law and give the due rights to the PTI-backed Sunni Ittehad Council. He warned that they would go to the maximum extend to get their rights back if the ECP did not grant their right back to them.
He also stated that they would approach the relevant forum to file appeal for their rights regarding the reserved seats.
CM Gandapur said that they secured seats on the ticket of the SIC in the by-elections, so now they had the right to demand the reserved seats back.
“The people who are sitting in the power without the mandate should not force us,” said KP CM Gandapur. He stated that they would also get their due amount for the KPK. He said they would continue to raise voice for the rights of the KPK.
“We will not allow this lawlessness anymore. We will stand for our province,” said Gandapur.
Responding to a question about the by-elections, KPK CM Gandapur said that massive rigging was done in yesterday elections in Punjab.
He said they would provide maximum relief to the people of the KPK, and they provided them health card facility because they could not afford expenses for the medical treatment.
