20-year old girl allegedly shot dead by brother over 'honour'
Lahore: A 20-year old girl was shot dead by her brother for honour near Ghulam Muhammad Abad in Lahore on Sunday.
The victim, Sehar did not wanted to marry as per her family’s traditional system
The accused who was enraged by his sister’s love affair allegedly shot her to death at home.
“According to him, he took the extreme step for the family’s honour,” said police.
Police shifted the body to the morgue for autopsy and registered a case against victim’s brother.
However, the accused is still at large.
