PM Shehbaz, Zardari pays tribute on Labour Day
The national Labour conference will be held soon on the rights of workers
Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and prime minister Shehbaz Sharif have paid tribute to the historic struggle of workers on international workers' day.
According to the details, President Asif Ali Zardari issued a statement regarding the working-class facing challenges like inflation and unemployment.
He stated that the state has an important role to play in implementing policies to end the exploitation of workers. Hope that the federal and provincial governments will play a role for the rights of Labor.
Shehbaz Sharif also said that workers shed their blood and sweat for the development of Pakistan. The inflation has affected the labor class the most. The national Labor conference will be held soon on the rights of workers.
He added that to revive the economy will have to work steadily and the several projects have been launched for development of technical and professional skills.
