Spokesman PDMA stated that dusty winds and rain with thunder are expected in most districts of Punjab


Islamabad: Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab Wednesday issued an alert for heat wave, rains, and storms this week.
The spokesperson of PDMA said that there is a possibility of three to five degree rise in day temperature in Punjab during May 8 to 10.
Spokesman PDMA stated that dusty winds and rain with thunder are expected in most districts of Punjab. The stormy rains are likely to take place in various districts of Punjab on May 10 and 11.
Director General PDMA says that the district administration across Punjab has been informed about the weather situation. Due to the increase in the intensity of heat, the public will also have to be careful. They should also arrange to avoid hot wind with working in the afternoon.
