The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has made important decisions regarding the vaccination of federal employees and families.

According to sources, instructions have been issued for immediate COVID vaccination of federal employees and their families.
The NCOC has assigned federal secretaries the responsibility of vaccinating government employees.
Sources said that the federal secretaries would be responsible for the vaccination of the employees and their families of the concerned ministries while the federal employees themselves and their families would be required to submit the vaccination certificate to the ministry.
According to sources, the federal secretaries will inform the NCOC about the details of the vaccination of employees.
Pakistan is presently experiencing the third wave of coronavirus which is said to be deadlier and more contagious than the previous two waves.
According to National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), around 1,383 cases of coronavirus were reported while 53 people succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 21,376.
The NCOC stated that the positivity rate stands at 2.94%.
The total number of cases has reached 935,013.
As many as 867,447 patients have recovered from the disease with 3,196 critical cases.
