Five terrorists were killed by security forces while three terrorists got injured during an intelligence based operation in general area Hassan Khel, Peshawar District today.

However, in the intense exchange of fire, Captain Hussain Jahangir, aged 25 and a resident of Rahim Yar Khan District, leading his troops from the front, and another brave soldier, Havildar Shafiq Ullah, aged 36 and from District Karak, made the ultimate sacrifice and embraced Shahadat.
Sanitization operation is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found in the area.
Security forces of Pakistan are determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers further strengthen our resolve.
