The latest reports say that the ambassador's wife has been located at the sports club in F-9 Park, and she has been sent home with her husband


Islamabad: The federal police located the missing wife of the Vietnamese ambassador in Pakistan on Saturday.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi contacted the IG of Islamabad police and directed that measures be taken to ensure the safe recovery of the ambassador's missing wife.
The police had formed seven different teams to search for the ambassador's wife.
However, the Islamabad police had now found her.
According to the police, the ambassador's wife was located at the sports club in F-9 Park, and she was sent home with her husband.
Earlier in the day, the wife of Vietnam's ambassador to Pakistan had gone missing from Islamabad.
The Vietnamese ambassador Nguyen Tien Phong reported about his wife being missing on police helpline 15. A police spokesperson confirmed the call to 15 from the Vietnamese ambassador.
The ambassador of Vietnam told the police that his wife had gone for a walk at 11:00am and has not yet returned home. Her mobile phone is also switched off.
According to Islamabad police spokesperson, the police started searching for the ambassador's wife after receiving a complaint. The Superintendent of Police (SP) is monitoring the matter himself.
The police of Islamabad are making efforts to gather all possible information supporting finding the womann to her family.
The authorities have urged that if anyone gets any lead regarding the issues, should instantly inform the authorities.
