Six killed, seven hurt as jeep plunges into river in Kashmir
According to the eyewitnesses, the accident happened as the protective wall on the roadside fell
Kashmir: In an unfortunate incident, six people were killed and seven got injured as a passenger jeep fell into the river in Neelum district of Azad Kashmir.
22 people were in the ill-fated jeep, out of which the bodies of four dead have been recovered, while seven were injured and nine passengers are missing. Most of the missing passengers are tourists.
According to the eyewitnesses, the accident happened as the protective wall on the roadside fell. The police and the administration reached the spot and took part in the rescue operation.
The search for nine missing passengers is going on, seven of the passengers are said to belong to the same family from Multan.
