The notification stated that all public and private institutions will remain closed from June 17 to 19 in connection with Eid-ul-Adha


Lahore: The federal government Tuesday announced three holidays on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha.
After the approval of the Cabinet Division, the notification of Eid-ul-Adha holidays has been issued. According to which, Eid-ul-Azha holidays will be held from Monday, June 17 to Wednesday, June 19. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif approved the summary of the Cabinet Division.
The notification stated that all public and private institutions will remain closed from June 17 to 19 in connection with Eid-ul-Adha.
It is pertinent to note that for a few days now, long holidays were speculated on the part of the federal and Punjab governments for Eid-ul-Adha.
