The letter further stated that all Deputy Commissioners should monitor the load-shedding hours, it should not exceed 12 hours in any district.


Peshawar: The Federal Interior Department wrote a letter to all the divisional commissioners and deputy commissioners of the province regarding the notice of electricity load shedding in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In the letter, it has been said that power load shedding is happening for 22 hours in some places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, there are also protests against load shedding in some districts. Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has ordered all the Deputy Commissioners to meet with the Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) officials.
The text of the letter further stated that all Deputy Commissioners should monitor the load-shedding hours, it should not exceed 12 hours in any district. In case of failure, power should be restored in minimum time.
