Joao Cancelois now self-isolating after Saturday's test result.
The defending champions' federation announced on Sunday that Manchester United's Diogo Dalot, on loan to AC Milan, has replaced Portugal's Joao Cancelo in the Portuguese team with the cup holders set to open their campaign against Hungary in Budapest on Tuesday.
