Thailand beat Pakistan in Asian Team Snooker championship final
(Web Desk): Thailand beat Pakistan in the final of the Asian Team Snooker Championship in Saudi Arabia on Friday.
After resounding victories in the Asian 6 Red Ball and Asian Under-21 Championship in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan also performed brilliantly in the Asian Team Snooker Championship and reached the finals.
But in the final, the form of the Pakistan team got a break, it was beaten by Thailand by three. Defeated by zero.
Pakistan's Asjad Iqbal was easily defeated in the first singles, Owais Muneer fought well in the second singles but in colour putting he committed a foul on the brown ball after which the Thai player cleared the frame.
