Sindh govt allows schools to open for grade 6-8 from tomorrow
The Sindh Task Force on Coronavirus Monday decided to allow on campus learning at schools for grades 6 and 8 from Tuesday.
"The government has approved classes with 50 pe rcent attendance after reviewing the latest situation of the pandemic," said provincial education minister Saeed Ghani in a tweet.

He said if COVID-19 situation improves further, primary classes would start from June 21. “Vaccination is mandatory for all teachers,” he maintained.
Ghani said at present the coronavirus positivity ratio in Karachi and Hyderabad is more than 5 pe rcent but the situation is improving due to the rapid pace of vaccination.
Classes 9 and above had started from June 7 with strict coronavirus standard operating procedures (SOPs) in place.
The National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) had earlier issued instructions to keep all educational institutions in the province closed till June 7 owing to rising COVID-19 positivity.
