Berlin - Spain on Monday claimed the Euro 2024 title with a 2-1 win against England in the final match held in Berlin, and secured their fourth European Championship victory.
Spain had an impressive run to the final, winning all six of their previous matches. The decisive goal came from Mikel Oyarzabal, ensuring Spain's triumph.
The match started with a cautious first half, but Spain quickly took the lead after halftime. Lamine Yamal, a standout young player, assisted Nico Williams in scoring the opening goal against England's goalkeeper, Jordan Pickford.
England, known for their resilience, equalized in the 73rd minute through substitute Cole Palmer, thrilling the crowd at the Olympic Stadium.
