ISPR further said that former Pakistan Army officer was convicted on charges of inciting military personnel to mutiny

Rawalpindi: Retired Lt. Col. Akbar Hussain was sentenced to 14 years in prison under the Field General Court Martial for inciting military personnel to mutiny.
According to the statement issued by the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) Department of the Pakistan Army, retired Lt. Col. Akbar was sentenced under the Field General Court Martial.
The ISPR further said that the former Pakistan Army officer was convicted on charges of inciting military personnel to mutiny.
According to the ISPR, he was sentenced to 14 years in prison after being found guilty under the Field General Court Martial. Akbar Hussain's rank has been confiscated since July 26.
ISPR said that Major Retd Adil Raja, and Captain Retired Haider Raza Mahdi were also court-martialed.
It is pertinent to note that today it was reported that another important operative of the conspiratorial and anarchist group abroad was exposed. Akbar Hussain was inciting the people to chaos and mischief during the May 9 events.
According to media reports, some foreign characters continue to spew venom against Pakistan's security agencies by spreading self-made and fabricated lies, including Akbar Hussain.
During the events of May 9, Akbar Hussain demonstrated anti-nationalism by inciting the people to chaos and evil.
Akbar has been a part of the army in the past. After retirement, he stood against his own country at the behest of elements hostile to the country. He has also been receiving foreign funding by using the name of the Pakistan Army.
On the X account of Akbar Hussain, false news of unrest and civil war in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been shared. He also blamed the army for the incidents of terrorism in Balochistan. He has fallen to such an extent that he seems to share the Indian propaganda against Pakistan.
The accusations of treason and foreign funding against Akbar Hussain have been proven by numerous evidences and proofs. Strict action should be taken against them for anti-nationalism, declaring them fugitives for inciting terrorism, and violence.
