Court adjourned further hearing of case till Monday


Islamabad: A significat progress has been made in the provision of details of cases filed against Bushra Bibi in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to the details, the case of providing details of the cases filed against Bushra Bibi was heard in IHC.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor while submitting the response to the court order said that four cases are registered in NAB against Bushra Bibi, three cases are registered in Rawalpindi and one case is registered in NAB Lahore.
Rawalpindi Police and Islamabad Police also submitted their response while Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Balochistan Police did not submit their response.
Rawalpindi Police named Bushra Bibi as an accused in 11 cases including the GHQ attack on May 9 and presented the details of 11 cases registered against her in Rawalpindi district in the High Court. Central Police Office (CPO) Rawalpindi submitted the report in the High Court.
The court adjourned further hearing of the case till Monday while issuing notice to FIA and Balochistan Police again for Monday.
It is pertinent to note that Bushra Bibi has been named in the attack case on the Army Museum, GHQ Gate-4, the burning of a sensitive military building in Sadar Cantt, the attack on the office of a sensitive organisation on Murree Road, arson and vandalism in different areas, RA Bazar police station, Civil Line, New Town, City Waris Khan, and Taxila Police Station.
Bushra Bibi is likely to be arrested in these cases anytime and the investigating officers of all police stations will soon approach the court for physical remand to investigate her.
