Hasan and eight other members of PTI's media cell have been granted bail against bonds worth Rs50,000

Islamabad: An Islamabad court on Thursday granted bail to PTI Information Secretary Raoof Hasan in the anti-state propaganda case. However, the PTI leader will not be released.
Duty Magistrate Abbas Shah, a judge of the special court recently formed to hear cases filed under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes (PECA) Act, 2016, issued the verdict.
Hasan cannot come out of jail today as an anti-terrorism court (ATC) had on Wednesday handed him over to the counter-terrorism department (CTD) in a terrorism case for two days. The PTI leader's remand will end tomorrow.
Raoof Hasan and eight other members of PTI's media cell have been granted bail in the case against bail bonds worth Rs50,000.
