Says PTI founder Imran Khan is adamant about his ideology which couldn't be imprisoned

Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur on Saturday said that he was serving an official position and was in contact with the establishment.
"The discussions are going on with the establishment but nothing concrete has come out yet," he told a group of journalists after meeting with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan at Adiala Jail. Gandapur said the PTI founder was adamant about his ideology which couldn't be imprisoned.
He further said that Imran Khan was concerned about the country's economy and he was willing to talk for the sake of the country.
"The PTI founder has formed a committee and we are bound by the decision of the founding PTI," the KP CM said adding he would announce a public meeting in Islamabad and in case of failure would quit politics.
The CM further said that the PML-N government wanted to negotiate with the PTI, but we were of the view that they were not the government. "When we talk to them, we will not forget our martyrs."
He said that whoever was at fault would have to admit his fault, we [the PTI] were not responsible for the events of May 9 as there was a conspiracy against them."We will be ready to apologise if the fault is proven."
Regarding Sher Afzal Marwat, Gandapur said that he was in touch with Marwat and that the notices were given to him on the instructions of the party chairman. "I told Marwat to tolerate critiques and resolve matters within the party. I think the way back should not be blocked."
He told a reporter that there had been a ceasefire in Parachinar and a land dispute shouldn't be portrayed as a terrorism or a religious dispute.
