Gold price drops by Rs500 per tola in Pakistan
Price of yellow metal settles at Rs256,000 per tola
Karachi: Gold prices plunged by Rs500 per tola to settle at Rs256,000 in the country's local bullion markets on Tuesday.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10-gram gold dropped by Rs428, bringing it to Rs219,479.
On Monday, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs300.
The prices of the yellow metal also dropped by $17 to settle at $2,410 per ounce in the international market.
