Quetta: Four people suffered multiple injuries after a hand grenade exploded with a big bang in Satellite Town on Monday, witnesses and police said.
Ambulances and police rushed to the spot, cordoned off the site, and transported the injured to the nearby hospital for treatment.
Bomb disposal squad and police have started gathering circumstantial evidence from the crime scene.
The identities of the injured have not been yet known.
