Heavy rains have flooded the drains in the mountainous areas of Mount Sulaiman


Karachi, Sukkur, Hyderabad, Lahore, Quetta: The powerful spell of the Monsoon caused havoc across the country, as a result, hundreds of houses and hospitals were destroyed by flood.
Sindh
The 77-year record of rains in Sukkur was beaten, when 290 mm of rain submerged Sukkur. Several feet of water accumulated in the low-lying areas. Larkana, Qazi Ahmed, Nowshehro Feroze, and Kandiaro also received torrential rains while heavy rains in Jacobabad caused a landslide that submerged the low-lying areas.
Clouds also blanketed in different areas of Karachi. Water accumulated on the roads, rains also set in Qamber Shahdad Kot, while Obaro tehsil of Ghotki and surrounding areas, the mud houses were destroyed and after the rain in Kot Diji, the dam broke.
Many areas of Kot Banglow were submerged in water. The connecting road was also washed away due to the rapid flow of water. The flood situation has arisen in Sanghar after the rains, so the citizens face severe problems. In the Indus River, there is a moderate level of flood at Dadu, due to which several villages have lost land connection with the city.
Gilgit-Baltistan
On the other hand, floods have caused havoc in Gilgit-Baltistan. Hunza, Gojal, Astur, and Ghazhar have been severely affected. More than 20 houses including a bank have been destroyed in the village of Pakora Kishnot. Hundreds of tourists were stranded as roads were blocked at various places between Hunza and Nagar due to landslides.
Balochistan
While, the rains in Balochistan have caused floods in the rivers, the crops have been severely damaged by the flood rails in Qila Abdullah, Pashin, and Ziarat. The houses have been damaged due to the heavy rains with strong winds in Chaman, while the solar panels have fallen. went
In Kohlu, the low-lying areas have been flooded due to the continuous rain for two days. The mud houses have collapsed due to the rainwater. The traffic has been suspended for the third day due to landslides on the Kohlu-Sibi highway.
National highway N40 which was closed due to rain yesterday in Noshki has not yet been restored, many vehicles were stuck due to the flooding of Bolan national highway. Awaran to Jau highway is also closed due to flood water while the railway track in Kishangi was flooded. While in Kishangi, the railway track was washed away in the flood relay.
Punjab
The powerful spell of monsoon rains continues in Punjab. Heavy rains have flooded the drains in the mountainous areas of Mount Sulaiman. There is a low-level flood at Kot Mithi, while the water level is high at Jhang in the Chenab river. It's starting to happen.
The rail of 1.2 million kiosks started moving towards the Trimums. The rise in water level has affected many villages on the banks of Chenab river, while a 30-feet wide crack in the canal of Rangpur tehsil of Muzaffargarh has damaged many houses.
In Ahmedpur Sharqia, a 20-feet wide breach occurred in Och Canal. The crops were submerged while the walls of several houses collapsed as water entered the nearby residential areas.
In the Indus River, the water level is continuously rising at DI Khan, the hospitals and schools in the Kacha area have been washed away. The rivers have overflowed due to the rains in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the railways have been affected by heavy rains in South Waziristan.
