PTI leader Alia Hamza acquitted in May 9 trial
No one appeared in the court on behalf of Alia and the lawyers, while the court acquitted her from the case
Gujranwala: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Gujranwala acquitted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Alia Hamza from the May 9 case.
The anti-terrorism court in Gujranwala heard the case against former Member of National Assembly (MNA) Alia Hamza on May 9.
During the heating, no one appeared in the court on behalf of Alia and the lawyers, while the court acquitted her from the case.
It is pertinent to note that PTI's female leader Alia Hamza was named as an accused in the case filed in the Cantonment police station. Alia was accused of plotting the May 9 attacks.
