JUI chief further said that Chief Justice showed a generous and positive attitude, which should be recognised

Islamabad: Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI) will celebrate the day of gratitude on Friday for the Supreme Court's decision in the Mubarak Sani case.
JUI chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman said in a press conference that no power in the world can conspire against the belief of Khatam-e-Nabuwat. The Supreme Court announced the final decision in the Mubarak Sani case. He also thanked the Supreme Court and the Parliament.
He stated that there was no disagreement in the Parliament on this subject. The Supreme Court deleted the objectionable parts of February 6 and July 24. The whole nation and scholars are also in agreement on the issue of interest.
Maulana added that today when the entire nation is celebrating the golden jubilee of the decision to declare the Qadianis as non-Muslims, this decision has doubled the joy of the golden jubilee, no power will be able to conspire against it anymore.
Fazl-ur-Rehman continued to say that this is the unanimous voice of the entire nation. ‘We recognise their human rights, but they should also recognise the constitution. The Muslim Ummah and the Pakistani nation have shown solidarity, this is their victory, on this issue’. The government had no objection, but the legal and constitutional status of usury is different.
The JUI chief further said that the Chief Justice showed a generous and positive attitude, which should be recognised.
