British-Pakistani boxer says that he is selling the venue for £12.5 million in Bolton

Bolton: British-Pakistani boxer Amir Khan on Friday put his high-end wedding venue in Bolton up for sale after suffering significant financial losses.
The British media reported that Khan revealed on the social media platform "X" that he is selling the venue for £12.5 million. The property is a four-story building that includes three main floors as well as a rooftop designed for hosting events.
Khan emphasized that the venue offers extensive parking facilities, with space for approximately 200 cars at both the front and rear of the property.
The luxurious wedding venue, located in Bolton, England, was initially purchased by Khan for £11.5 million. Despite the investment, the venue struggled to gain traction. The first wedding event took place three months ago, but due to its poor location, the venue failed to attract sufficient interest, resulting in financial setbacks amounting to millions of pounds.
In addition to the venue's location issues, other factors contributed to its lack of success, including complaints about garbage accumulating around the building.
Due to these challenges, Khan made the decision to put the property on the market.
