ECP issued notices to 12 political parties including JI and ANP

Islamabad: In the case of not issuing five percent tickets to women in the general elections, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issued notices to the heads of various political parties and summoned them on September 4.
The Election Commission has issued notices to 12 political parties including Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and Awami National Party (ANP).
The notices have been issued regarding the implementation of section 206 of the Election Act. The case will be heard in the Election Commission on September 4.
