Skardu: The Pakistan Army has launched another search operation on Sunday, for globally renowned Pakistani mountaineer Ali Sadpur and his two foreign companions John Snorri from Iceland and Juan Pablo Mohr from Chile .

As per details, two army helicopters with four local mountaineers and porters have departed from Skardu on the rescue mission following the better weather on K2.
The climbers had gone missing on Saturday after they successfully summited the world's second highest mountain, 8,611-metre K2 on Friday.
Earlier on Saturday, helicopters reportedly flew to a height of 7,000 meters in their attempt to locate the missing mountaineers but were unable to find whereabouts of the climbers.
