IHC grants bail to ex-MNA Ali Wazir, orders release
Wazir is currently incarcerated in Adiala Jail

Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday approved the bail of former Member National Assembly Ali Wazir and ordered his release.
A two-member bench comprising Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan granted bail to Ali Wazir against a bond of Rs25,000.
Earlier, the anti-terrorism court (ATC) had rejected Ali Wazir's bail, after which the former MNA approached the IHC for bail.
Wazir is currently imprisoned in Adiala Jail and a case of terrorism has already been registered against him.
