Peshawar: Awami National Party’s (ANP) leader Zahid Khan on Wednesday decided to resign from politics, saying he had grievances against the current regime.
In a statement, he said that the circumstances pushed him to quit politics. "Nowadays money is involved in politics, but I don't do politics for money," he said, adding they [ANP] were no more on the priority of the incumbent government.
Earlier, ANP’s Ghulam Ahmad Bilour had also chosen to part ways from the electoral politics.
