School canteen worker in Gujranwala arrested for raping students

Gujranwala: The canteen worker Imran of a government school located in Saleem Colony Gujranwala was arrested for allegedly raping students for several years.

According to the police, the accused had also made videos of the female students and due to fear the affected girls remained silent, however, the videos have also been recovered from his possession.

The police said that the ages of the affected students were between 11 to 14 years, one of them told her family about it, to which the parents contacted the police.

According to the police officials, five cases have been registered against the arrested accused and the medical examination of five girls has also been done, which revealed that the girls were raped.

Police stated that the accused has also confessed and the number of victimized girls is higher.

The school has also been locked by the police after the incidents of sexual abuse of female students came to light and further investigation is underway.
