Court ordered PTI founder and Bushra Bibi to appear before the court on next hearing
Islamabad: The Toshakhana II case has been appointed for hearing in the court of Special Judge Humayun Dilawar, after which the court summoned the accused Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi on September 16.
According to the details, Toshakhana II case was heard in the court of Special Judge Central Humayun Dilawar. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) lawyer Salman Safdar appeared in the court.
Judge Humayun Dilawar said that this case has been sent to Special Judge Central Court No 1, and I am fixing this case on September 16.
The court ordered PTI founder and Bushra Bibi to appear before the court and the hearing of the case was adjourned till September 16.
The court issued a summons notice to Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi and ordered them to appear on September 16.
The court fixed Toshakhana case for hearing on September 16 in the court of Special Judge Central.
