Prices, features of newly launched Apple’s four iPhones

California: Apple has introduced iPhone 16 series, Apple Watch series 10 and AirPods.

This series of new iPhones running on the new iOS 18 includes the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max.

Thanks to the Apple Intelligence model, these are the company's first phones based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.

But the AI ​​features will not be available immediately.

iPhone 16 and 16 Plus

The iPhone 16 has a 6.1-inch display while the iPhone 16 Plus has a 6.7-inch display, while both have added two new buttons.

Users will be able to do a lot through action buttons and camera control buttons.

For example, the camera control button will allow users to get details about the objects seen in the camera, meaning it will work like Google Lens.

Last year's iPhone 16 and 15 Plus did not have these buttons.

Both have a dual camera setup on the back.

Both have a 48-megapixel main camera with 2x zoom, while the second is a 12-megapixel camera with autofocus and macro support.

Apple claims that these phones can take great photos like DSLR cameras and the camera control button will make taking photos easier.

Inside the phone is an A18 chip and according to the company, these phones consume less power.

AI features for both will be introduced next month.

According to the company, both the phones have a larger battery, but the battery life is not specified.

Both phones will be available in white, black, ultramarine (blue), teal and pink colors.

The price of iPhone 16 will start from $799 (more than PKR2,22,000) while the price of iPhone 16 Plus will start from $899 (more than Rs2,50,000).

iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max

The iPhone 16 Pro has a 6.3-inch display while the 16 Pro Max has a 6.9-inch display.

In fact, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is the company's largest display iPhone.

Both of them have a titanium frame and will be available in Black, Bright Silver, Silver and Rose Gold Pink colors.

Both will have the A18 Pro chip inside which will work for AI features.

The iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max have a triple camera setup on the back.

The main camera of the phone is 48 megapixels along with 48 megapixel ultra-wide and 12 telephoto cameras.

Both offer 5x zoom while also featuring a new camera button that can be used for taking photos and other purposes.

The iPhone 16 Pro will be available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage variants while the 16 Pro Max will be available in 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options.

According to the company, the battery life of both the phones has been improved but did not give much details about it.

Wireless charging has also been improved.

The price of iPhone 16 Pro will start from $999 (more than Rs278,000) while the price of iPhone 16 Pro Max will start from $1199 (more than Rs334,000).

These four phones will be available to customers in different countries from September 20.
