Senior actor Shagufta Ejaz's husband passes away

Yahya Siddiqui, husband of Pakistan drama industry's senior actress Shagufta Ejaz, passed away after a prolonged illness.

The news of the death of her husband was announced by the actress through the photo and video-sharing application Instagram.

Sharing the picture of her husband, Shagufta Ejaz said that on Thursday her husband had passed away.

The actress also requested to pray for her husband's forgiveness and recite Surah Al-Fatiha.

It is pertinent to note that the husband of actress Shagufta Ejaz was under treatment in the hospital for the past several days. He has been suffering from cancer for five years, while recently the actress said in her vlog that her husband's condition is not good.

It was the second marriage of both individuals and they have two children from their first marriages.
